Fyi, the song was written and originally performed by Jason Paige which is why i mentioned him at the top. i posted this poem because i felt like it's the most well known poem/song about pokémon worldwide and anyone who knows pokémon will connect with it. the irresistible rhyme scheme make it a fun read and a great listen. i feel like the song represents the true spirit of pokémon and the journey everyone goes through as a trainer, always battling to reach the top and everything else is unacceptable. i hope you guys enjoyed hearing this as much as i did, check out the a cappella link at the bottom!
