I found this poem of 'Umbreon and I' and had to share it with ma fans. it really shows you the deep connection someone can have with a pokémon on a personal level. There isn't a concrete rhyme scheme, but the poet uses multiple rhyming couplets to make specific lines stand out for the reader. there's an allusion to leo and gemini partway through the poem that i really enjoyed, it was great, i love stars. that line scored a critical hit on me as i read it, can't get enough stars, i love stars. Umbreon really fits into this poem, its a night time pokémon which is the setting of the poem and it's fairly quiet and serene which is the mood of the poem. the author did a great job with this poem, the rhyming, the allusions, the pokémon. fantastic, i love stars.
