well that was an interesting poem. i havent really played or seem pokemon for a while so that brought back memeories. i liked how at the end you said what he say because then i automatically knew what it was about and i could hear his voice in my head. Good work!
Steven, similar to Patrick, I have not played or watched pokemon very much in my past. However, my favourite part about this poem was that, despite the fact that I only have a very basic level of knowledge regarding the subject matter, I was still able to follow it completely. I'm glad you didn't strive for some verbose, hard to follow haiku. Fantastic work!
Well, I've been a big pokemon fan for a long time although I have fell out of playing it for a while. In any case (like Patrick) it definitely brought back memories of my ancient GameBoy and the Silver/Red/Yellow games that I would play. This is a very cute poem and I like the fact that many people can still read the poem and understand what it's about! Great job!
this poem made me laugh (not as hard as charlie's comment though). its funny, cute and simple. even thought i have never watched a pokemon episode in my life, i understood. i watched the pika remix and that was three minutes of my life i will never get back.
hahahahahah. This is a short and sweet poem. Brings me back to the saturday mornings of my childhood curled up with my life sized pika plush toy (yes I had one) watching Pokemon. Oh, the glory days of childrens television. Nice work.
